We're open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.

If you're coming from downtown Hamilton, take Upper James Street south. We're located on Upper James Street, just south of Mohawk Road. If you're using the LinC, bus routes 20 and 35 stop nearby.

For transactions under $3,000 CAD, you'll need one piece of valid government-issued photo ID. For transactions over $3,000 CAD, two pieces of ID are required, with at least one being government-issued photo ID.
